My journey began in my homeland of Slovakia, where I first entered the world of customer care in 2006. My determination later took me to Austria, where after completing my studies in Slovakia in 2011, I started my first linguistic adventure. Gaining new experiences in gastronomy and hospitality allowed me to delve deeper into the world of services and broaden my horizons.

In 2015, I discovered my love for wine, which inspired me to pursue the first sommelier education, "Diplom Sommelière," in Vienna. In 2017, I moved to England, where I spent two years and continued my wine studies at the prestigious Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), which provided me with deeper expertise and allowed me to further expand my wine and language horizons.

My professional and personal experiences are woven from diverse cultures and languages, enabling me to gain a deep understanding of the various needs and expectations of people. This background forms the foundation of my company, where I combine my two greatest passions: wine and foreign languages. As an empathetic and sociable personality, I recognize that success in this field is not just about selling products but about genuinely understanding and fulfilling the needs of our customers.
